Under the call for proposals ‘Information, Consultation and Participation of representatives of undertakings’ the EU is providing funding opportunities through the EU Programme for Employment and Social Innovation (EasSI) aimed at developing employee involvement in undertakings. The call reflects one of the key principles of the “European Pillar of Social Rights” which states that “workers or their representatives have the right to be informed and consulted in good time on matters relevant to them”. 

The objectives of this call focus on funding measures which will enable the familiarisation of EU law and policies in the area of employee involvement amongst social actors at company level. The total budget for this call is estimated at €7,106 000 where the minimum grant requested should not be less than €108,000 with a co-financing rate of 90%.  

The types of activities which can be funded under this call include but are not limited to conferences, seminars, websites and manuals and exchange of information and of good practices involving workers’ and/or employers’ representatives. The applicants under this call for proposals need to be legal entities which represent workers or employers which have their registered office in one of the EU Member States.
