The recently-published report by the Auditor General regarding the agreement for the privatization of three public hospitals (St Luke’s, Karin Grech and Gozo) showed that this agreement cost €416 million from tax payers’ money of which €268 million are unaccounted for.

This feature sheds light on this agreement by explaining the magnitude of the sums involved. The feature was aired for the first time a few days ago on the UHM Voice of the Workers Facebook page and received more than 7,000 views. Despite the fact that this feature is based on solid facts, there were attempts to censor it, to the point that a complaint was filed through Facebook.

UHM said that it would neither be intimidated nor allow anybody to muzzle it in an attempt to keep silent on this scandal. The video is also available on YouTube.
