Terms and Conditions 
The campaign
  1. The campaign will run from 19th March till 1st May 2018 both days included.
  1. The campaign consists of a draw which is open to all paid up members of UHM Voice of the Workers who already follow or would have started to follow UHM’s Facebook from 19th March till 1st May 2018.
  1. The competition is not open to UHM employees or their immediate families, and any other companies associated with the competition.
  1. Eligibility to participate in this competition is subject to follow UHM’s Facebook is current followers and new followers during the campaign period.
  1. One ticket is earned if a UHM Voice of the Workers paid up member is at the start of the campaign following or has started to follow UHM Voice of the Workers’ Facebook during the campaign period.
  1. One (1) eligible winner will be randomly selected. The winner will be notified within a week from the draw. The eligible winner will be contacted via the contact numbers available on the UHM members’ database and a confirmation email from UHM will be sent. The winner will be required to acknowledge receipt of email to UHM Voice of the Workers within 5 working days. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the first the eligible winner. If the winner does not acknowledge receipt within the required timeframe, cannot be contacted or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, UHM Voice of the Workers reserves the right to offer the chance to claim the prize to the next eligible person.
Winners and Prizes
  1. A member is only eligible to win one prize.
  1. The prize shall be awarded to the winner will be: A voucher of €100 to spend at Pepe Nero.
  1. Prize is not transferable to another individual and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
  1. UHM Voice of the Workers shall not be held liable (except to the extent permitted by law) for any loss or damage arising out of organising or holding of this competition or as a result of one’s participation in the competition or as a result of one winning, collecting, using or enjoyment of any prize, or if the competition does not run as planned.
  1. The winner is responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize, including any necessary transport costs as may be applicable.
  1. The winner agrees to have their name and/or photograph published by UHM Voice of the Workers in its website and the Weekly e-magazine relating to campaign publicity.
  1. UHM Voice of the Workers reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time for any valid, technical or commercial reasons and without prior notice.
