Eurofound
 – the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions – has been studying the far-reaching implications of the COVID-19 pandemic for the way people live and work across Europe.

Two rounds of an online survey have been carried out to date: one in April 2020, when most Member States were in lockdown, and one in July, when society and economies were slowly re-opening.

The third round, available in 22 languages, is now underway and will be open until 29 March 2021, as countries are still dealing with various levels of lockdown to curb the spread of new strains of the virus, while vaccine rollout programmes are underway.

The survey aims to help policymakers to bring about an equal recovery from the crisis, with questions related to life satisfaction, health, levels of trust in institutions, the work situation, work-life balance, remote working, online schooling, use of online services, as well as the use of government support schemes during the pandemic.

The full report covering the first and second rounds of the survey is now available.

Please take the survey to contribute to the third round of consultation.
