Recently, some experts insisted that the only way forward to address Malta’s traffic congestion is taxation, higher fuel prices and parking fees. However, UHM Voice of the Workers believes that the issue can be alleviated without imposing such draconian measures which will ultimately impact vulnerable with low-income workers.
