If you do not use your credit well you are likely to get caught up in financial issues \u2013 falling behind in payments, missing out on payments, paying higher interests, getting a negative credit rating amongst others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This calculator allows you to compare the use of two credit cards using two different key parameters.\u00a0 With Credit Card 1 the key parameter is the time you will take to pay the credit balance you owe.\u00a0 This parameter is shown in <strong>the first column<\/strong>.\u00a0 With Credit Card 2, the key parameter is the minimum monthly payment that you will make.\u00a0 This parameter is shown in <strong>the second column<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"506\" height=\"273\" src=\"http:\/\/weekly.uhm.org.mt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/image-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5067\" srcset=\"http:\/\/weekly.uhm.org.mt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/image-3.png 506w, http:\/\/weekly.uhm.org.mt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/image-3-300x162.png 300w, http:\/\/weekly.uhm.org.mt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/image-3-283x152.png 283w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 506px) 100vw, 506px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The calculator allows you find out which credit card method works best for you.&nbsp; Perhaps, more importantly it allows you to find out what the impact is on decisions you make with regard how to pay the money you owe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, for example, in the Credit Card 1 calculator you calculate the interest impact if you had to pay the money in 10 months.&nbsp; The calculator shows that to pay the credit owed in 10 months, you need to pay a monthly instalment payment of \u20ac209.28 including a monthly interest of \u20ac16.67 \u2013 with total payment being \u20ac2,173.06, of which interest is \u20ac173.06.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may wish to calculate whether it would be a better decision if you pay a lower monthly payment so that you have more disposable income in hand \u2013 deciding on a \u20ac70 payment a month.&nbsp; You calculate this on Credit Card 2.
