Every EU worker has certain minimum rights relating to working conditions specifically related to health and safety at the workplace. The EU adopts\u00a0<\/span>legislation<\/span><\/a>\u00a0in the field of\u202f<\/span>health and safety at work<\/span><\/a>\u202fto complement and support the activities of Member States.
