For the EU to\u00a0<\/span>recover from the curr<\/span>ent crisis, it needs to generate\u202frecovery, build resilience and guide economies along the path of just, green and digital transitions. The recovery will have to be\u202finclusive<\/span>\u202f<\/span><\/b>and\u202ffair. The\u00a0<\/span>European Pillar of Social Rights<\/span><\/a>\u00a0provides a compass to tackle the social and economic challenges of our time.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To support the implementation of the Pillar and prepare the ground for the Pillar\u2019s Action Plan (to be presented in early 2021), the\u00a0<\/span>European\u00a0<\/span>Commission launched a broad discussion with all EU countries<\/span>, regions and interested bodies<\/span>\u202f<\/span>to express their views on how Eu<\/span>rope\u2019s social market economy\u00a0<\/span>can\u00a0<\/span>ensure\u202fjust transitions\u202ffor all.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Commission\u00a0<\/span>is\u00a0<\/span>therefore\u00a0<\/span>seeking feedback through an open consultation\u00a0<\/span>until\u202f30\u202fNovember 2020\u202fon new policy action or legal initiatives needed on different levels (EU, national, regional, local) and\/or pledge\u202fconcrete commitments as a Member State, region, city or organisation towards implementing the Pillar.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
