MEUSAC is organising three virtual capacity<\/span>–<\/span>building sessions t<\/span>argeting<\/span>\u00a0non-governmental organisations (NGOs), schools\u00a0<\/span>and<\/span>\u00a0public entities. The sessions will be held\u00a0<\/span>this year\u00a0<\/span>as follows<\/span>:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>14\u00a0<\/span>July for NGOs,\u00a0<\/span>16\u00a0<\/span>July for public entities and\u00a0<\/span>17\u00a0<\/span>July for schools. The sessions will\u00a0<\/span>last two hours and\u00a0<\/span>be held online<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

During the sessions<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0participants will\u00a0<\/span>be\u00a0<\/span>provided with information on the<\/span>\u00a0general principles\u00a0<\/span>of<\/span>\u00a0project writing and\u00a0<\/span>the\u00a0<\/span>application process for EU<\/span>–<\/span>funding opportunities.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>General principles to be covered include<\/span>\u00a0project writing tips, an explanation of technical jargon as well as a walk-through of the main questions usually found in EU funding applications and how to answer them.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The sessions will deconstruct the project writing process into clearly defined phases and guide participants from identifying a relevant funding opportunity to completing an application for EU funds.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

D<\/span>uring these sessions<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>p<\/span>articipants will be able to ask\u00a0<\/span>any\u00a0<\/span>questions\u00a0<\/span>they might have.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>By the end of their session, participants are expected to be more knowledgeable of good practices in project<\/span>–<\/span>writing and\u00a0<\/span>how\u00a0<\/span>to approach filling in an application<\/span>\u00a0form<\/span>\u00a0for EU funds.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
