The European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO) is the\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">main<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0port of call for citizens who would like to work for the EU.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">EPSO\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">organi<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">es<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0\u201copen<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0competitions\u201d<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0to recruit new employees through a series of tasks and assessments that ensure employment of permanent and non-permanent personnel.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Competitions<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0are held within various staff categories including translation,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0project management, policy<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0and linguistics.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The EU\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">allows EU citizens to get a glimpse of its work through traineeships, which are specifically targeted for univer<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">sity graduate<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Trainees will be able to develop their professional skills, gain knowledge of the EU\u2019s work and\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">enhance<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0personal qualities.
