Through social dialogue, citizens can directly involve themselves in the proposal of legal acts, the positions taken by Member States, as well as how such laws are implemented at a local level.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In Malta, MEUSAC is the agency responsible for social dialogue on all matters relating to EU legislation. To ensure that the opinions of citizens and businesses are heard<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, MEUSAC manages a structured consultation process, bringing together stakeholders and government entities to discuss proposals made by the European Commission, the position of Malta on such p<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">roposals<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0within the Council of the EU<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, as well as the transposition of directives into local legislation.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Additionally, MEUSAC has also launched a\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/meusac.gov.mt\/consultation\/#policy-tracker-section\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Policy Tracker<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.
