The first things that people think about are age, gender, race and cultural background.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0Although we can share some things that are common with others, at the end of the day, each one of us is unique and every person can be creative. Although the mix of skills can be of benefit when workers help one another, it is also important that workers have the necessary skills to fulfil their role within the company. While one person could be excellent at generating ideas, another could have the necessary experience to implement them in practice.
