Having said this, while places of work are increasingly recognising the benefits of having diversity in the workforce, they are, sometimes, wary of including disability within their practice of inclusion.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">What do places of work need to succeed? Internally, they should comprise a group of workers that can contribute to effective solutions to problems<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0and innovation<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">in a rapidly changing<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">global economy.
