The proposal also looks to limit the length of probationary periods, and ensure that workers do not have to pay for mandatory training required to perform their work duties.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:200,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The above points are ultimately aimed at addressing those aspects which typically result in precarious work situations, and are aimed at covering all workers in all forms of work, under various conditions.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:200,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Once the proposal has been formally adopted by the Council of the EU, Member States will be tasked with the transposition of the new Directive into their national legislation.
