But I am sorry to say\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">that\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">we are\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">lacking true leadership. However, although we may be cynical of all that is happening around us, we have to resign ourselves to the fact that we still need people to run the different sectors that make up our society.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Preoccupied as we are with running our own lives, we are all more than ready to elect others to run our country.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559731&quot;:142,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">How can we\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">recognise a good leader? Many of our leaders are good managers, some even inspire others. We have politicians, for instance, whose rhetoric inspires thousands of citizens to support them. They do not impose their leadership on others and neither do they take anyone\u2019s autonomy. A true leader is a living example of what they preach.
