As a result of its work<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0it has been successful in reducing the gender employment gap\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">across Europe\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">by 11.5%.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Notwithstanding this<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0the gender\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">pay\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">gap has remained unchanged at\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">16.2%.
