For the next long-term EU budget 2021-2027, the Commission proposes to create the InvestEU Programme, bringing EU budget financing in the form of loans and guarantees\u00a0under one roof.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

InvestEU\u00a0will bring together the multitude of financial programmes currently available and expand the successful model of the\u00a0Investment Plan for Europe<\/a>\u00a0to\u00a0further boost job creation, investment and innovation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The new programme will consist of:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. InvestEU Fund<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The\u00a0fund<\/a>\u00a0will continue to\u00a0support\u00a0public and private investment in the EU to help address the still sizeable investment gap in Europe.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. InvestEU Advisory Hub<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The\u00a0InvestEU Advisory Hub<\/a>\u00a0will provide technical support and assistance to help with the preparation, development, structuring and implementation of projects, including capacity building.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. European Investment Project Portal<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        The Portal<\/a>\u00a0brings together investors and project promoters by providing an easily-accessible and user-friendly database, giving projects more visibility and enabling investors to find investment opportunities in the sector or location of their interest.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
