In fact, being irresponsible is a form of slavery imposed by the individual \u2013 to circumstances and to others.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Our sense of responsibility is\u00a0reflected in our ability to adapt to circumstances and our choice of attitudes, actions and reactions that inform our lives.\u00a0 It is a powerful concept that puts us in control. Our potential is best realised when we are accountable for our actions and when we can depend on ourselves.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Responsible people not only depend on themselves but also\u00a0show others that they can be trusted.
